GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Carlton

Ad Valorem Tax Administration; requires DOR to document & retain records used in review of assessment rolls; amends provision, effective for 2003 tax rolls & subsequent tax rolls, to require DOR to study assessment groups or market areas to assure representativeness of ratio-study samples; creates Property Tax Administration Task Force; creates advisory committee on property & other public facility taxation, etc. Amends Chs. 192, 193, 195, 196, 197, 200. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
