Health Care Practitioners; provides that failure to disclose medical training in advertisements or to patients in informed consent forms constitutes ground for discipline of health care practitioner; provides requirements for approval of boards granting medical specialty certification; provides requirements for approval of boards granting osteopathic medical specialty certification, etc. Amends 456.072, 458.309,.331, 459.005,.015.
