Retirement/25 Years at Age 55; redefines term "normal retirement date" to provide for retirement after 25 years of service at age 55 for certain members; repeals provision re normal retirement date for elected officers, which provisions are clarified elsewhere in act; increases contribution rates to fund provisions of act; provides declaration of important state interest. Amends 121.021; repeals 121.052(8).
