Spinal Cord Injuries/Pilot Program; directs Florida Association of Centers for Independent Living to develop personal-care-attendant pilot program to serve persons having spinal cord injuries; provides eligibility for pilot-program participation; provides for selection & training of participants & personal-care attendants; directs DOR to develop & implement tax collection enforcement diversion program in specified counties, etc. Creates 413.402. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
