HB 163: Tax/College Games/College Facility
GENERAL BILL by Prieguez
Tax/College Games/College Facility; provides exemption for admissions to tournament games played for purpose of qualifying for national collegiate championship game or played in collegiate athletic conference championship tournament; provides that publicly owned facilities within certain municipalities at which collegiate football team is based may use proceeds of sales taxes generated by facility for purpose of renovating facility, etc. Amends 212.04,.08.
