GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Latvala

Homestead Exemption/Disabled Person; defines term "totally & permanently disabled person"; provides that person who is receiving or claiming benefit of ad valorem tax exemption or tax credit that requires permanent residency in another state for eligibility is not eligible for homestead exemption; provides exception. Amends 196.202,.031.
