GENERAL BILL by Bense

Motor Vehicle Dealers/Deceptive Acts; prohibits certain unfair or deceptive acts by motor vehicle dealers; provides for award of attorney's fees & court costs; repeals provision re licensure sanctions for dealers who fail to disclose certain new vehicle damages to purchaser; provides application. Repeals 320.27(9)(n).
