GENERAL BILL by Gardiner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Heyman
Home-invasion Robbery; provides additional offense classifications & revises penalties for home-invasion robbery; provides that it is life felony to commit home-invasion robbery in course of which firearm or other deadly weapon is carried; provides that it is first-degree felony punishable by term of imprisonment not exceeding life imprisonment to commit home-invasion robbery in course of which weapon is carried, etc. Amends Chs. 812, 921, 943.
