GENERAL BILL by Laurent
Wine/Out of State/Charitable Orgs.; provides for direct shipment of wine from out of state to charitable organizations; provides excise-tax exemption; provides that it is lawful to possess specified amount of wine shipped from another state if purchased in compliance with that state's laws. Creates 561.585; amends 562.15.
