State Employee Benefits; removes repeal date for schedule of copayments under state employees' prescription drug program; deletes obsolete language; clarifies language; removes repeal date for provisions re determining level of premiums & funding for state group health insurance program; provides copayments for prescription drugs with health maintenance organizations. Amends 110.12315,.1239; creates 110.12316.
