GENERAL BILL by Brutus

Facilitating Voting; revises information required to be elicited on uniform statewide voter registration application; authorizes special registration for electors requiring assistance in voting because their primary language is other than English; provides for uniform statewide voting system & ballots; authorizes identifying colors or symbols to be placed on ballot next to candidate names, subject to prior approval, etc. Amends Chs. 97, 101, 98.461.
