GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Johnson
Criminal Justice Programs/Transfer; amends provisions re Court Cost Clearing Trust Fund & criminal justice trust funds; preserves certain funding functions scheduled for repeal on July 1, 2001, re deposit of certain funds for use by FDLE rather than DCA; transfers Criminal Justice Program from DCA to FDLE; transfers Prevention of Domestic & Sexual Violence Program from DCA to CFS Dept. & provides matching funds for administration; provides for transfer of funds. Amends 938.01, 943.25.
