GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Johnson
Central Voter File; modifies requirements of Elections Division re information on persons included in central voter file to be reported to county supervisors of elections; eliminates requirement for division to annually contract with private entity to provide list maintenance duties on central voter file. Amends 98.0975.
