GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Maygarden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baxley

CFS & Criminal Justice Programs; adds another category of families eligible for cash assistance, for federal reporting purposes; establishes community partnership matching grant program to be operated by CFS Dept. to encourage local participation in community-based care for child welfare; provides conditions for obtaining grants; provides for deposit of certain court-cost proceeds into FDLE Operating TF; prescribes authorized uses of assets, etc. Amends FS.
