GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Johnson
Water & Wastewater Utilities; revises exemption from regulation for small water & wastewater utilities; deletes requirement for descriptions of service areas in said utility certificates of authorization; deletes requirements re application for amended certificates of authorization to reduce or extend utility's existing service area; provides authority of PSC to resolve territorial disputes involving said utilities, etc. Amends Ch. 367, 288.0655.
