Telemarketing; repeals specified provisions to remove all provisions of Fla. Telemarketing Act re licensure & regulation of commercial telephone sellers & salespersons by Agric. & Consumer Services Dept.; amends specified provisions to provide for enforcement of commercial telephone solicitation by state attorneys, to conform; repeals provision re issuance or renewal of local occupational licenses to telemarketing businesses, to conform. Amends Chs. 501, 205.
