HB 1787: Warranty Associations/Motor Vehicles
GENERAL BILL by Berfield
Warranty Associations/Motor Vehicles; defines "additive product"; revises definitions of "motor vehicle service agreement" & "salesperson"; provides for submission of financial reports to DOI in computer-readable form; provides that motor vehicle service agreement company is not required to be licensed as salesperson to solicit, sell, issue, or otherwise transact motor vehicle service agreements issued by company, etc. Amends Ch. 634, 624.124, 628.4615.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
