Water Supply 2020; establishes "Water Supply 2020" study commission; requires submission of reports with recommendations to Governor & Legislature; provides for technical advisory committees; provides for reimbursement of expenses of commission & committee members; provides for executive director & staff for commission; provides for assistance & cooperation of state agencies; provides for termination of commission, etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
