Agric. & Consumer Services Dept.; authorizes said department to lease or loan equipment to governmental entities that have fire/rescue responsibilities; limits liability for civil damages resulting from use or possession of such equipment; authorizes department to require & review data re claims of pesticide products used as preventive treatment for termites; authorizes fees for certain reinspection of food establishments, etc. Amends FS.
