GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz

Health Insurance; requires individual & group health insurance policies to comply with decisions of U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission re exclusions that violate Title VII of Civil Rights Act, as amended; requires standard & basic health benefit plans issued by small employer carriers & HMO contracts to comply with decisions of said commission re exclusions that violate Title VII of Civil Rights Act, as amended, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 641.31.
