GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Sanderson
Electrical/Alarm System Contracting; revises membership of Electrical Contractors' Licensing Board; provides rulemaking authority to board to implement local certification licensure category; provides for local certification of registered electrical & alarm system contractors; provides for issuance of notice of noncompliance, imposition of administrative fine, & assessment of costs of prosecution for unlicensed contracting, etc. Amends Ch. 489, 205.194.
Effective Date: 10/01/2001 except as otherwise provided
