Trust Funds/DMS; terminates specified trust funds within DMS; provides for disposition of balances; provides for expenses & costs of operating personnel program of various state agencies to be deposited into Services TF of DMS; abolishes Architects Incidental TF within dept.; provides for fees collected for persons traveling by state-owned aircraft to be deposited in Services TF rather than Bureau of Aircraft TF, etc. Amends FS.
