Onsite Sewage Treatment & Disposal; provides for regulation by Health Dept. of maintenance entities for performance-based treatment systems & aerobic treatment unit systems; reduces operating permit fee for aerobic treatment units & provides operating permit & maintenance entity permit fees for performance-based treatment systems; provides for review of need for licensing portable restroom industry; requires report to Legislature, etc. Amends 381.0065,.0066.
