GENERAL BILL by Latvala

Insurance; provides additional exception to requirement that minimum of 2 months' premium be collected to issue policy or binder for motor vehicle insurance; authorizes insurers that finance premiums for certain policies to charge interest or service charge at specified rate on unpaid premiums on those policies. Amends 627.7295,.902.
