HB 1911: Public Employees/Military Preference
GENERAL BILL by Local Government & Veterans Affairs ; Sorensen
Public Employees/Military Preference; eliminates exemption of specified positions from provisions which require state & political subdivisions in state to give preference in appointment & retention in positions of employment to specified veterans & spouses of specified veterans & military personnel; reenacts provisions to incorporate amendment in references thereto. Amends 295.07; reenacts 110.2135(1), 295.08,.085,.09,.101,.11,.14,.155, 296.04(3),.34(1).
