GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; King

Workers' Compensation; redefines term "specified state employee" to include Deputy Chief Judge of Compensation Claims; requires certain insurers to provide medically necessary remedial treatment, care, & attendance under certain circumstances; excludes child support & alimony claims from general exemption of workers' compensation benefits from claims of creditors; requires nominees for judges of comp. claims to meet additional experience requirements, etc. Amends FS.
