Child Support Enforcement; deletes reference to child support & provides reference to support; includes spousal support or alimony for former spouse of obligor if child support is being enforced by DOR among list of items which must be paid prior to award of certain prizes; provides requirements for judges of compensation claims re settlement of lump-sum payment; revises language re scientific testing to determine paternity, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
