Student Educational Improvement; defines term "educational technology"; requires school improvement plans to include strategies for implementing educational technology; provides requirements for educational technology component of such plans; requires DOE, in consultation with Educational Technology Advisory Group, to develop & annually update state educational technology plan; establishes Educational Technology Advisory Group, etc. Creates 229.604.
