GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources & Environmental Protection ; Harrington

Water Resources; revises requirements for licensure of water well contractors; requires continuing education requirement for renewal of water well contractor licenses; requires DEP to adopt primary & secondary drinking water regulations for nontransient & transient noncommunity water systems; requires DEP to waive on case-by-case basis certain disinfection & operator requirements applicable to said systems, etc. Amends Chs. 373, 403.
