GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer
Public Records/Paratransit Services; provides exemption from public records requirements for identifying information in records re individual's health or eligibility for paratransit services under Title II of Americans with Disabilities Act made or received by local government entities or their service providers; provides conditions upon which such information may be disclosed; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
