SB 1984: Workers' Compensation
GENERAL BILL by Villalobos
Workers' Compensation; deletes provision that medically necessary treatment does not include chiropractic services; specifies date for Workers' Compensation Division of LES Dept. to adopt rules re criteria for approval of courses; provides that injured workers must receive reports that their attorneys & carrier's attorneys receive at time they receive reports; deletes employee's responsibility for copayment of medical services, etc. Amends Ch. 440.
