GENERAL BILL by Judicial Oversight ; Trovillion ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crow ; Lynn

Substance Abuse Treatment Programs; provides goals for treatment-based drug court programs; requires judicial circuits to establish model of said program for certain purposes; provides certain principles for operating drug court programs; provides for transferring persons eligible for participation in drug court treatment programs to other jurisdictions under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 910.035, 948.08; creates 948.16.
