GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Burt
Corporation/Production of Records; defines terms; provides exemption; provides requirements for production of records by out-of-state corporation upon issuance of subpoena, court order, or search warrant pertaining to such records; provides requirements for said corporations seeking to quash subpoena or warrant; provides requirements for production of certain records by certain Florida corporations, etc. Creates 92.605.
