GENERAL BILL by Constantine
School District Guarantee Program; creates School District Guarantee Program; allows district school boards to request financial backing of state or county in issuance of certificates of participation; provides that such financial backing by state or county is optional & contingent on funds set aside for that purpose. Creates 236.255.
