CS/SB 2074: Environmental Control

GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Brown-Waite

Environmental Control; provides exemption from permitting requirements for removal of organic detrital material from certain freshwater rivers or lakes; provides exemption from permits for certain floating vessel platforms; requires DEP to adopt general permit by rule for such platforms after January 1, 2002, which meet certain conditions. Amends 403.813.
