Criminal Justice Programs; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1864,2086)renames Fla. Violent Crime Council as Fla. Violent Crime & Drug Control Council; limits funding that agencies may receive from council; prescribes additional criminal violations for which criminal history record may not be expunged or sealed; provides for deposit of certain court-cost proceeds into FDLE Operating Trust Fund; transfers criminal justice program of DCA to FDLE, etc. Amends Ch. 943, 938.01.
