Taxes/Property/Airports & Seaports; constitutional amendment to authorize tax exemption for property owned by municipality or special district used for transporting passengers or cargo at airports or deepwater seaports, pursuant to general law; takes effect January 1, 2003. Amends s. 3, Art. VII; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
