SB 2138: State Motor Vehicles
GENERAL BILL by Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Silver ; Diaz de la Portilla
State Motor Vehicles; provides that vehicles assigned to state law enforcement officers & employees are covered by state collision insurance during certain off-duty activities; waives sovereign immunity for vicarious liability of state or any of its agencies & subdivisions when employee is operating motor vehicle outside course & scope of employment. Amends 287.17, 768.28.
