Mote, Mr. William Russell; honors memory of Dr. William Russell Mote in recognition of his tireless efforts to preserve our beautiful seas & all life therein, & to encourage everyone to honor memory of one of Florida's most accomplished philanthropists, a man whose life is testament to good that we all can accomplish when we follow our hearts.
