GENERAL BILL by Garcia
Warranty Associations/Motor Vehicles; defines term "additive product"; redefines terms "motor vehicle service agreement" & "salesperson"; provides for submission of financial reports to DOI in computer-readable form; provides that motor vehicle service agreement company is not required to be licensed as salesperson to solicit, sell, issue, or otherwise transact motor vehicle service agreements issued by company, etc. Amends Ch. 634, 624.124, 628.4615.
Effective Date: 06/19/2001 except as otherwise provided
