Lake Weir/Watercraft Speeds; (Marion Co.) prohibits watercraft within specified areas of Lake Weir from proceeding at greater than "no-wake" speeds; requires board of county commissioners to erect signs; directs Marion Co. Sheriff to enforce prohibition; provides penalties.
