Broward Co./Pompano Beach; provides for interlocal agreement which would include provisions to jointly fund program infrastructure improvements between City of Pompano Beach & Broward County, provided city is not limited in its ability to receive anticipated utility taxes, franchise fees, or other fees; provides that calculations of population census of said city begin with fiscal year 2000 & include all new residents added to city as result of certain provision, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
