Motor Fuel Marketing Practices; repeals definitions of terms "direct labor cost," "nonrefiner," "nonrefiner cost," "reasonable rental value," & "refiner cost" re regulating motor fuel marketing practices; repeals provision re unlawful predatory practices; repeals provision re exempt sales; deletes obsolete cross-reference. Amends 526.303,.305; repeals 526.304,.309.
