GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Children and Families ; Saunders

Domestic Violence; redefines terms "domestic violence" & "family or household member"; provides for additional circumstances when family violence indicator must be placed on record; deletes requirement that court order certain defendants to attend batterers' intervention program; specifies when person has standing to file petition for injunction against domestic violence; increases additional charge on dissolution of marriage petition to $36, etc. Amends FS.
