Law Officers/Firefighters/Child/Educ; provides for graduate or postbaccalaureate educational expenses to be waived for children of officers & firefighters killed in line of duty; provides for waiver to apply to child who attends state institution as full-time or part-time student. Amends 112.19,.191.
