GENERAL BILL by Silver

Campaign Financing; specifies that certain endorsements are not contributions or expenditures for purposes of Campaign Financing law; prohibits contributions made during certain period preceding first primary election through general election which exceed specified amount; requires state executive committee of each political party to report contributions in excess of specified amount to Div. of Elections within Dept. of State, etc. Amends 106.021,.08; creates 106.293.
