Judicial Nominating Commissions; specifies membership composition of said commissions; provides appointment & reappointment eligibility restrictions; provides for terms; abolishes prior offices; provides for suspension or removal; requires appointing authorities to ensure commission racial, ethnic, gender, & geographical diversity; requires consideration of county representation on circuit judicial nominating commissions, etc. Creates 43.291; repeals 43.29. APPROPRIATION: $25,000.
