Public Records/DNA Testing/Analysis; exempts from public records disclosure results of DNA testing & analysis of blood samples provided by persons arrested for felonies; prescribes entities to whom results may be disclosed; provides for destruction of such records in specified circumstances; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity.
