Sexual Violence/Jails & Prisons; creates "Protection Against Sexual Violence in Fla. Jails & Prisons Act"; requires Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission to develop course re sexual assault identification & prevention as part of correctional-officer training program; prohibits sexual misconduct by employees of county or municipal detention facilities; provides for termination of employment under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 944.35, 951.23; creates 951.221,.223.
