Citizens' Right to Honest Govt. Act; creates "Citizens' Right to Honest Government Act"; authorizes Statewide Prosecution Office to prosecute violations of specified provisions; increases penalties; provides criminal penalties for official misconduct, criminal misuse of official position, disclosure or use of confidential criminal justice information, & bid tampering; provides criminal penalty for perjury in official proceeding by public servant, etc. Amends FS. Effective Date: 10/01/2001.
